What products does SUNRGY carry?

We carry a full range of solar panels, inverters, racking, battery storage, electrical, and BOS. Our goal is to be your one-stop shop so you never have to split orders across multiple vendors.

How do I place an order?

Shopping with SUNRGY is as easy as shopping on Amazon. Browse our catalog, add items to your cart, and check out directly on our website. You can also call or email your dedicated account manager to place an order by phone.

How do I sign up with SUNRGY?

Click “Partner with SUNRGY” from the login page, enter your email address, and fill out the short application. Our team will review your information and get your account live — typically within one business day.

Financing

Can I use financing?

Yes — SUNRGY has partnered with multiple financing providers to help you grow your solar installation business. We offer Distributor Direct Pay programs with Palmetto LightReach, GoodLeap, Skylight Lending, Sunlight Financial, and Sungage Financial, helping you preserve cash flow and open up your credit lines. Visit our Financing page to choose the option that best suits your needs, or ask your account manager to walk you through the programs.

Shipping & Delivery

How fast will my order ship?

We ship orders in 24 hours or less to keep your projects on schedule. Most in-stock orders ship the same day they're placed.

Do you deliver directly to the jobsite?

Yes. We offer direct jobsite delivery with a comprehensive bill of materials included so your crew can verify everything on arrival.

Can I pick up my order at your warehouse?

Yes — we offer client pickup at our warehouse. We’re open Monday–Friday 7 AM to 7 PM and Saturdays 8 AM to 12 PM. Let us know when you place your order and we’ll have it staged and ready.

Orders & Accuracy

How accurate are your orders?

We maintain 99% photo-audited order accuracy through our triple-check process and electronic scanning. Every order is photographed before it ships so there’s a visual record of exactly what left our warehouse.

Can I modify or cancel an order after placing it?

Contact your account manager as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, but we can usually accommodate changes before fulfillment begins.

Do you provide a bill of materials with every order?

Yes — every order includes a comprehensive bill of materials so you have full documentation of what was shipped and your crew can verify everything on-site.

Pricing & Payment

Do you offer competitive pricing?

We work directly with manufacturers to offer aggressive distributor pricing. If you find a lower price from another authorized distributor, send it to your account manager and we’ll do our best to match or beat it.

Can I get volume pricing on large or recurring orders?

Yes. We support high-volume contractors with dedicated pricing structures. Talk to your account manager about volume discounts and recurring order programs.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

Unused items in original packaging can be returned with a 5% restocking fee. Items without original packaging are subject to a 15% fee.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Take photos and video during unpacking, then contact your account manager immediately. We’ll get replacements to you fast so your project stays on track.

Are products covered by a manufacturer's warranty?

Yes. Everything we sell is brand new and carries the full manufacturer’s warranty.

Support

Will I have a dedicated point of contact?

Every SUNRGY customer gets a dedicated account manager available 7 AM to 7 PM on weekdays. One person who knows your business — no call centers, no ticket queues, no re-explaining your situation.

Are you open on weekends?

Yes. We’re open Saturdays from 8 AM to 12 PM for pickups, orders, and project support — because installations don’t stop on Fridays.
